All delivery times announced are calculated in working days.
This time is calculated according to preparation time, shipping time and estimated carrier delivery time (once the package is shipped). Products are delivered at the address indicated by you in the order process.
According to the information given on product pages, there are several possibilities..
1) Some products are already completed and available. In this case, the delivery will accurs within the 4 business days at the latest.
2) However, most of our products in our catalogue but also all customized product are items that have to be printed..

Printing of bags only starts once your order is validated and delivery time indicated on products pages can go up to 15 working days (19 calendar days).
It’s important to make the difference between the 2 steps : SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Shipping occurs when a product is sent by Supercartable or one of its partners.
At this step, we are able to provide you a tracking number. The package is given to a local carrier, according to the type of product, and is processed to be allocated to the final distribution.
Supercartable is mandating 2 partners in charge of the deliveries: LOCAL POST and SINOTRANS. In each case, you will receive a tracking number once your order on the way.

Availability of products is indicated on product pages.
Thie averaged period of delivery is 8 to 15 working days after reception of your payment.
Some prooducts are already available and take 24 to 72 hours to be delivered.
In any case, averaged delivery times are indicated before your validate your cart.
If after you validate your order, one product become partially or totally unvailable, Supercartable will keep you informed by phone or by message and will propose you to choose one of the below options :
- Either you keep your order and wait again for the total delivery time + we offer you a commercial gesture (such as a partial refund or a credit code / coupon code)
- Or the cancellation of you order and full refund of the amount paid.

The access to your client account needs an identification with the email address used during the account creation and the personal and confidential password chosen.

Simply return it to us within 30 days from the day of placing the order, in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the product price.
We offer refund on purchases returned within 30 days from the day of placing the order. We can, however, consider an extension of return date in the case that your package arrival was delayed. Please contact us to discuss this. You will need to provide proof of shipment arrival date, and the item you return must meet all the requirements below.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return an item, please enclose the Order Reference Number and your Name within the parcel being returned.
You will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you return your item(s) back to us by using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for any items not received or lost.
As soon as we receive and accept the returned items, refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
